Buti Yoga is an all levels class combining yoga, tribal dance and abdominal toning into a soulful flow. Bring a mat, towel and water and leave any judgement at the door.
DEEP is a restorative movement sequence that is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class will conclude with an extended sound healing meditation that is over 7 minutes in duration.
Tickets are $12 for each class. Come for one or both! Preregistration is strongly encouraged.
