Join Melissa for a heated 90 minute flow equally divided between 45 minutes of a slower paced sweaty flow & 45 minutes of yin yoga. Flow, sweat, stretch and sing along (optional but very welcomed!) to some sweet 70’s music. Show up as you are and leave class with a renewed feeling of peace and possibly a bit nostalgic~No 8 Track Needed! Right On.
